WIFI de alta performance em todo apartamento, 02 vagas de garagem "soltas" e designadas, 02 Smart tv's novas android 2024 /42" e 50", sala de estar e jantar com vista para o mar, ar condicionado e ventilador de teto, 4.5 banheiros. 03 varandas no total com vista para o mar, na frente e nos fundos do apartamento. Imóvel super arejado pelo forte vento Nordeste que entra nos cômodos da parte de trás (03 quartos e lavanderia) e durante o "inverno" na parte da frente pelos ventos Sul e Sudoeste (ar condicionado é quase desnecessário). Muito bem mobiliado e todo equipado com material de qualidade comprovada, assim garantimos conforto e praticidade durante a estadia. Se algum imprevisto aparecer, nós contamos com uma estrutura eficaz de apoio e manutenção do imóvel, para que nossos hóspedes aproveitem ao máximo, se sintam em casa e passem dias incríveis e memoráveis hospedando-se com a gente.
