Bad experience

Staff was rude - during breakfast they were recording social media content while we were trying to have breakfast, we asked not to be recorded, they kept recording anyway! Rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable and it smelled like mold. We had a really bad experience here.

Hotel pertinho da praia, atendimento impecável com recepcionistas atenciosos e prestativos. Quarto sempre limpo, troca de roupas de cama e banho diária, isso é maravilhoso! O café da manhã e suas atendentes são uma atração a parte, café sempre fresco, reposto a tempo, com variedades sem glúten para os celíacos. As atendentes do café sempre dispostas e sorridentes.

No geral foi boa. Mas, gostaria de reportar que pedi em 2 ocasiões o auxilio para despertar para uns pacotes turisticos que programei e fui atendida, na 3a ocasião foi negado por "não fornecerem esse servico". Falta repassar as normas para todos no atendimento.
