Mega diversao

Passamos otimos 4 dias nesse local super tranquilo e agradavel. Me senti em casa, Ana Bele e super agradavel e detalhista com a casa. A cozinha tem tudo q uma dona de casa precisa. So tivemos um problema c a geladeira, mas ela vai consertar. E nao nos deixou na mao, arrumou uma para substituir. Os ventiladores de teto funcionam bem, mas para os mais calorentos, bom levar um por segurança. Quanto a praia, optamos por ir no mar em Iriri que fica bem proximo. No mais, adoramos tudo.

Excelente opção para combinar trabalho e descanso

Eu e minha esposa ficamos por uma semana na casa com o objetivo de trabalhar em home office e sair um pouco do ambiente urbano para ficar em contato com a natureza. Entramos em contato com a anfitriã antes da reserva para checar as condições da internet. Ela se prontificou e aumentou a velocidade contratada, o que nos deu grande conforto para trabalhar. Nós 2 fazemos muitas vídeo conferências pelo trabalho e em nenhum momento tivemos problemas com instabilidade, então recomendo para quem quiser aproveitar dessa forma. A anfitriã é muito simpática, atenciosa, nos deixou bem a vontade e nos deu várias dicas da região. A casa é aconchegante e bem equipada, com diversos utensílios domésticos. O espaço externo é bem amplo, como nas fotos, e o gramado pôde ser bastante aproveitado pelo nosso cachorro. A casa é envolta em muitas árvores e pode-se observar diversos passarinhos e micos, além de um céu bem estrelado a noite. Apesar dos diversos pontos positivos (que nos fariam voltar com certeza ao local), compartilho aqui algumas observações. A primeira é que o acesso à praia não é tão simples quanto parece (por isso retirei uma estrela na avaliação da localização e precisão do anúncio, que diz que a praia fica a 5 minutos a pé). Apesar de no mapa parecer bem próximo, a rua fica em um nível acima da praia e até dá para descer a ladeira ao fim da rua, mas não é algo estruturado. O melhor acesso é andar de carro por 2 quarteirões até pegar uma rua que dá direto na praia. A praia em si é mais bonita que a de Piúma e na semana que fomos estava vazia (não sei como fica no verão). Outro ponto é que existem duas casas em um mesmo terreno (ambas da mesma anfitriã), separadas por um muro baixo. Na semana que fomos a outra casa não estava alugada, então pudemos ter a privacidade que queríamos e isso não foi um problema. Por último, tenham em mente que a cidade de Piúma em si não oferece muitas opções. Nós queríamos aproveitar um pouco da gastronomia capixaba mas tivemos que nos deslocar para as cidades vizinhas para experimentar alguns restaurantes.
