Cozy home in Porec with sauna

This beautiful, typical Istrian stone house is located in a small village near Vinjan. The house has been recently renovated and refurnished and is an ideal place for a holiday from everyday stress. The interior is modern with matching, refreshing colours. The holiday home has a fenced yard, which is ideal for children, and a swimming pool, which will also delight children. Next to the outdoor swimming pool is a covered terrace with a barbecue where you can prepare a range of meat and fish specialities. The house itself is very spacious, the ground floor has a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a bedroom with a directly accessible bathroom. On the first floor there are three further bedrooms with bathrooms, each decorated in a different colour. The holiday home is fully air-conditioned, internet access is available to our guests.Villa Jona is located in a small village near Vinjan. Vinjan is a small town in central Istria. Central Istria is known for small, picturesque, medieval towns that are irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence. Vinjan is situated on the top of a hill. It is surrounded by forests and 10 km north-east of Pore. In Vinjan you can find restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bank, pharmacy, ambulance and post office. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und es erwartete uns eine kleine (leckere!) Aufmerksamkeit im Kühlschrank. Die Küche war komplett eingerichtet und der Kontakt vor Ort per WA war sehr gut (eine Fernbedienung für das Tor war defekt und wurde umgehend ausgetauscht). Die Poolreiniger kamen wöchentlich. Auch der Pool war blitzblank. Am Freisitz am Pool gab es einen Kühlschrank, Geschirr und ein Waschbecken - perfekt um nicht immer hineinlaufen zu müssen. Wir können das Haus wirklich empfehlen und würden es sofort nochmals buchen.
