This is the restoration of a building dating from 1938, maintaining its structure and emphasising the façades as well as the original wooden access staircases;
!!!! Access to the flat is via a staircase which had to be maintained given the location of the flat in the Historic Zone, we do not advise people with reduced mobility, thank you for your attention to this limiting factor. !!!!
You'll find an atypical Open-Space flat with lots of light and varied views of the city of Viseu.

Public car park next to the accommodation, paid from 8am to 8pm, free on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and public holidays.
The rest is up to you to get to know this beautiful city of Viseu, venture out!
