Dirty with roaches

I reserved a non-smoking room, we were assigned a room that reeked of smoke. The refrigerator was filthy, the room dated. The pull out couch was very old and uncomfortable. Housekeeping replenished our towels, but didn’t make the beds. We stayed one night, the second night I woke to a roach in my bed so we checked out a day early and I am supposed to get a refund, but have not yet. The pool was okay, clean.

I do not recommend this hotel it was super dirty and full of roaches. Lots of stuff was broken and beds were beyond disgusting. They were full of stains, bugs and other unknown fluids around the frame. They also have a very musky smell. We also chose a non smoking room but it smelled heavily of smoke.

It was quiet for the most part. Our last night there it was more noisy with people playing loud music in the parking lot and yelling. There was a lot of foot traffic when it got later in the evening.

Looks how a room at that price can except to look

The hotel has a good location, but that’s really the only plus. It smells like weed and cigarettes. It is absolutely not clean, my 3yo found a cigarette in the couch. The local crackheads are all hanging around outside, there were cigarette burns in the bedding, there was some kind of white powder all over the edges of the room.

OLD PROPERTY. NEEDS UPGRADS. I KNEW BETTER BUT LAST MINUTE PLANS LEFT US WITH THIS AS LAST RESORT. NASTY BED, WALLS, FLOOR, BATHROOM. ROACHES. AND BAD ASS KIDS YELLING ALL NIGHT RUNNING AROUBD TILL 3AM. WHICH ISNT HOTELS FAULT. BUT THE HOTEL IS GHETTO. PERIOD. NEEDS TO BE BURNT DOWN.😂 OTHERWISE. CHECKIN WAS EASY, RESPTIONST WAS NICE, HAD A POOL THAT WAS OPEN TILL 9. HAD A PULL OUT BED WHICH WAS NEEDED. LOTS OF EXTRA PARKING. CLOSE TO BUCSH GARDENS AND NEXT TO A BAR, MEXICAN SPOT AND MCDONALDS. OH AND I THINK THERE WAS ROACH DUST SPRINKLED AROUND THE ROOM AND THE SHOWER WAS GROSS. I JUST WAS GONE BE STANK BECAUSE, NO. BUT IF YOU DONT CARE THIS PLACE IS GREAT FOR YOU TO STOP AND REST!

The only good things about the hotel is that the beds were comfortable and the pool was clean. This hotel was so gross, and not kept up. We had two rooms and the manager that checked us in practically shouted our room numbers with a lobby full of people, the “vending” machine was just a snack machine out by the pool, no drink machines. The non-smoking rooms we booked smelled like stale cigarettes and the doors were so hard to close. The bathroom floors were about the newest feature in each room. Despite the hotel being near several attractions, it definitely needs to be either condemned or remodeled. No breakfast in the mornings and coffee is atrocious with only powered creamer. I have never had such a horrible experience with a Super 8 in my life. People put being loud at all hours of the night and management did nothing. The manager acted like he didn’t care at all. Never will we stay here again.
