Not bad
The hotel itself is very night and most common areas were very well kept. The room was nice. Unfortunately housekeeping did not clean very well. When we checked in the glassware had something on it. Further all the trash cans just had a bag draped on the side and inside of the microwave was dirty. I didn’t make a big deal of it. Cleaned it up because I usually come with wipes. Then the hotel policy is cleaning the room every other day and that’s fine. When they cleaned, all they did was take out trash and replace towels. We stay at hotels very often and I’ve never seen them not tidy up the bed and vacuum. I have two little kids and no matter how much I clean they’re messy so It would have been nice. Honestly I didn’t even notice the room was touched until I went to shower and noticed the towels were replaced. I think a little more care in housekeeping would help rating quite a bit. As for breakfast in the morning the “hot items” were not warm. My guess is that this is because they couldn’t keep up with the crowd. Pool and gym area was well maintained and clean. But it should be noted. Overall a fine experience but some things could have been better.
