Never again. We booked two non smoking rooms. One of the rooms smelled like a smoke shop. Very outdated decor and bathroom. If I didn’t know any better, I would’ve thought I was in a Motel 6.

First room we were placed in smelled like smoke and the heater was broken. Second room was better but limited furnishings and dated. No breakfast included not even coffee, fruit, or breakfast bars. The advertised restaurant Las Palmas was either closed for repairs or hadnt opened yet. Extremely small toiletries provided.

Scam hotel. Do not stay here!

Bathroom is terrible, only one elevator, takes a long time to get items you request such as towels, etc. Toilet is barely functional. All of this might have been forgiven, due to the location and friendliness of the staff except they double charge you upon check out on a non business day. Then tell you that it may take up to 10 business days to give you back the money they stole from you.

Filthy dirty and disgusting. Lobby about a 3 elevator dirty floors dirty. Our room smells and the toilet flush handle broken. Sink, walls ceiling tub dirty and worn out. Faucet handle at sink spinning loose. Carpets very dirty and vacuumed only in one place chair lather tipped and cracked plus filthy Balcony extremely dirty. Complained to staff Claim they were aware and hopefully getting an overhaul. Pictures of rooms and hotel are not what you’re getting. Run down noisy filthy place.

Overall not bad. My dissatisfaction is that when booking it says there’s a restaurant and bar. There was not. The other was they only had 1 working very small elevator. I was charged a resort fee but there was nothing but the room.

Pros: The view of the ocean was great. The Staff was friendly as you could ask for. My room was clean. Cons: Shabby. For a hotel that socks you with a resort fee on check in, you would think they could maintain the property. The room was small. There was no table you could eat at so if you were dining in room, you had to sit on the floor or the bed. There was a small tableish thing you could put a coffee cup on in front of a beat up chair in the corner next to the bed, but that was it. One of the lamps in the room did not work because the prongs on the plug were bent sideways and the fridge was missing one of the feet it sat on so it rocked and rolled preciously in the furniture piece it was stored in. Behind said piece, the cable hook up was dangling out of the wall. There was a nice size hole in the plaster next to the to the toilet as well. Lots of peeling and spalled paint. Trying to get onto the balcony was interesting as the sliding door wasn't precisely on its track so you had to really haul on it to open it. The "Game room" consisted of three soda machines, a crane machine or two, a driving game and 4 cabinet arcade games, two of which looked like they hadn't functioned in quite a while. The Shower did spray water. It wasn't the most enthusiastic spray, but you could work with it and it was hot. The coffee maker was One of those ratchet single serve deals that looked like it hadn't been plugged in an ages. I doubt I will stay here again. The place needs renovating.

Once i got to the hotel, there was a couple at the front desk, apparently there room was broken into and they had belongings taken. The lady said she apologized for the wait. I did my reservation online, king bed first floor...Slept in 104...total $160 something...The room had a musky odor, has water leaks on the roof in the bathroom, the bed is uncomfortable and I woke up to see COCKROACHES...one on the BED and one in the bathroom!!!
