The property is nice but the Hallway on the 4th floor smells so bad. Its like wet carpeting that never dried.

The location and view of both the ocean and boardwalk are ideal. The hotel is in need of updating... Overwhelming smell of marijuana, especially in the elevators. Disappointed the restaurant changed to Mexican. Also, did not open until 11:30. Breakfast, or just coffee, no longer available in the hotel. Outside pool was not available- was told not permitted to be open after Labor Day.

I do not recommend it

This hotel needs some improvements, comfortable is not a word that would describe it. Although advertised queen size beds, there is not such of thing, maybe full size. Beds were clean, bathroom was not. No hair dryer. No convenient outlets. No room service. No bathroom at the pool. The location is good, the staff friendly, the ocean view was beautiful. So there you have goods ands bads.

Wow this was terrible Expedia needs to get me a free hotel room after taking my money for this place..the rail going looking out to the balcony on 7 floor felt wobbly (that’s not safe)..the room was disgusting,looked like blood on the bathroom door ,puke in a chair,popcorn under the chair,not even dusted,just dirty and disgusting for sure

What a great and well maintained property. The staff was so awesome the whole time through. When we had issues with one of the TVs maintenance was really fast to fix it. We will be staying here again.

From moment I walked into the lobby I knew I didn’t like what I was seeing. Checked in and checked out about 10 minutes later. For price paid for a four day stay I was shocked at the dirty terrible condition it was in. I saw dirty rug and floors from lobby, elevator to my room. Entered room to find dirty ring around shower stall, dusty dull looking bedspread and furniture. Balcony with old mismatched dirty furniture. So, I stood in middle of the room and searched for a better hotel hoping their ratings were honest. Although I was not able to get a refund for my 4-days non-stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham even though I cancelled it on the spot got a receipt they still charged for each night, taxes fees. The hotel from hell even charged me $50.88 resort fees for a non-stay hotel room. Oh! Well, I still had a great time at the beach. I learned that hotel ratings, amenities and customer service are not always accurate as this hotel is not what I was expecting, but I understand that others may disagree. Looking forward to my next “vacay” as I love a great getaway!

Staff was really nice... the rooms were just okay. Our shower was cold until the last day of our 4-day stay. Pools were creepy, especially the indoor one. The game room was meh. Even for the labor day low rate, I would've hoped for a little nicer amenities, the coffee maker and pods were not usable

1st day our room was dirty. We were changed to another room the next day. The other room the balcony has a hole that it was possible to see from 8th floor to the 7th floor balcony. The whole looks beautiful from outside to the lobby but behind that all the dirtiness starts. The elevators are gross. The bathtubs are dirty. The inside pool is decent.

The entire building was dirty rooms, hallways, indoor pool, balconies. Website said breakfast included and it’s not true the only answer I got was we didn’t update that part on the website. Terrible experience and I won’t recommend.
