A one-of-a-kind sparkling-clean beach home with 6,000 square feet of living space, this lovely vacation rental sports gorgeous ocean views with three split stories, 12 bedrooms, and nine bathrooms. On top of that, it boasts a slew of new upgrades, such as a new icemaker, new dining chairs, repainted cabinet doors, and renovated appliances, to name a few. The ocean is right in front of the house for swimming and surfing, and multi-level expanded decks with picnic tables and plenty of chairs for hours of dolphin and pelican watching. Or enjoy the ocean breeze in your own private hot tub for relaxation.

The first floor offers a huge dining room with dining tables that will seat guests, several bedrooms, plus a large smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy. The oceanfront villa also offers entertainment that is endless with a full-size pool table, foosball, a hot tub, a CD player, an Xbox (bring your favorite games), and basketball.

The second and third floors have their own bedrooms, as well as tables and chairs for both eating and snacking. While here, indulge in a plethora of amenities which include a hot tub, pool table, basketball, foosball, gas grill, three full kitchens, two laundry rooms, a CD player, an Xbox, 16 TVs, free WiFi, three refrigerators, three microwaves, and three dishwashers.

Things to Know
The owner installed fire tv's in every room. Each TV has its own remote and to use the same remote control with the same TV that was set up with firetv. After guest use please leave the remote control in the same room with the TV . It won't work if use the remote control from the different TV remote control.When you turn on the TV, just click to '' oceanfront villa '' icon and go to channels to watch.
There is a locked owner's room on the third floor that is not for guest use.
Please share the kitchen items such as pots/pans between the 3 floors, thank you.
The occupancy is six for the third floor.
The hot tub is cleaned on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Hot Tub is open from March 1st to October 31st.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 12 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
