This stunning third-floor condo (please note: no elevator) offers breathtaking views of the sunrise over the Atlantic in the morning and serene sunsets over Back Bay Wildlife Refuge in the evening. As the largest suite in the complex, it provides plenty of space for relaxation, with comfortable furnishings and everything you need for the perfect getaway. Enjoy the sparkling pool and convenient off-street parking, and make use of the owner's storage unit, stocked with beach chairs and toys for added fun. The gorgeous kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, opens to a separate dining area, making it ideal for home-cooked meals. Additional amenities include a TV with surround sound, ceiling fans, a private balcony, a jetted tub, and high-speed WiFi to ensure your stay is as comfortable as it is memorable.

Things to Know
There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
NO Smoking. Smoking any substance is not allowed anywhere on the Seaside Condo premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
