The construction of this property was substandard. Room 226 had mold in the grout to the granite around the tub. Ceramic tub was already rusting around the overflow drain. Lightbulb burned out in entry had to keep door open to bathroom to have enough light to make coffee! TV screen was filthy and no bath soap or Kleenex resupplied! Water around toilet when we first got there! Who ever cleaned that room needs to be fired. No one is checking rooms after staff cleans. Carpets in hallways were soiled and bleach stains in front of room doorways everywhere! Trash can was overflowing at front entry for the two nights I was there! Riverrock was overflowing the flowerbeds into parking lot creating a hazard for people walking to cars. Leaves and debris blown into lobby. Very evident there was no management anywhere to be seen. Will never choose the property ever again!

The bathroom floors had hair everywhere rub stain.. Bedding had stains throughout, carpet in the room had debris. Fridge had left over food in the freezer and the microwave was not clean brown stains throughtout ... I travel there from Houston for a family and had i not been so exhausted , my daughter myself and 3yr grandbaby would have left immediately.. I requested another room and was told they where booked.. Instead we slept with all the lights just to rest before driving and checked out at 7am ish.

Arrived at the property and rooms were not available had to wait 2.5 hrs before getting checked in. Once we checked in, tried to shower and the shower was broken. Water just came out of the bathroom sprout. Advised front desk and they went to try and it still didn’t work. They would not let us get another room.. Will never stay at a Wyndham hotel again!

Currently they are remodeling the hotel working on 3rd floor during our stay. Only problem is the entrance to the hotel have rebars sticking up in street which punched a hole in our tire

Sink was stopped up during the stay. Couldn’t brush teeth or wash face in sink. Hotel in need of major touch ups. Carpet is old and doors and door jams need to be painted. Hotel has a good feel and definitely felt safe. Young lady at desk was alone and over worked but never wavered or lost focus.Great customer service.
