It is located in the center of a small village, Grizane, and is just a few minutes drive from the sea. The access to the house is through the owner's yard, but a fence provides the necessary privacy. The outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace is a special feature. On the first floor is the living area and upstairs are three bedrooms.
