The hotel was one of great comfort and calm. The staff were wonderful and informative. The room was well appointed and comfortable although we preferred to sit in and wander through the gardens which are extensive. The food was excellent and we could watch the kitchen staff prepare meals. The pools, saunas, hot tub were especially nice. The hotel was filled with flowers from the gardens and fresh bouquets were in every room.

A piece of heaven on earth. Beautiful surroundings with flower gardens everywhere, 2 pools sauna and hot tubs heated by wood! Wonderful restaurant with delicious food. This is an adorable hidden spot to stay! The property is filled with gardens and the rooms are nice and modern. The spa and pool area is tranquil and relaxing. Met the owners too who were lovely.

Highly recommend!

This is the nicest hotel we have stayed in during our Chile trip. It is a beautiful, well maintained property. Staff was friendly, beds are comfortable, everything is spotlessly clean and they have heated bathroom floors! The restaurant served some of the best food we’ve eat during the trip.

I cannot recommend this beautiful hotel and property enough! The pictures do not do it justice. What a gorgeous slice of paradise Don Rodrigo and his lovely wife have created. The staff and grounds crew are amazing! The pools (outdoor and indoor), wood fired hot tubs, saunas, restaurant, gardens, rooms, the hiking trails behind the hotel, the wine tasting in Casablanca Valley, love, love, love!! Do not hesitate to book your stay here. You will be totally satisfied! Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Chile and the Casablanca Valley

Rural comfort in amazing area

We had a lovely stay. Rooms were extremely big, clean, huge comfy beds. Nice design. Has super cozy lounge with good internet and large sofas. The pool, hot tubs and sauna in the evenings were a relaxing finish of the day. Service was amazing, especially Benjamin from the reception was really attentive. The owner/manager as well. The hotel is in amazing surrounding, something they should market more. It has perfect terrain for easy hiking in really beautiful area. Of course is is also close to many wineries. Food was fine, also nice wine selection (good prices) but very poor selection per glass. We loved it there and ended up staying for extra night even though we already paid for another hotel. Make sure to get a room close to the reception, they seemed bigger than the new section.

Breakfast is delicious with great options. Pablo was our waiter dinner and breakfast. He was friendly, upbeat, and personable. Property is beautiful. Great outdoor area with wood heated hot tubs, unheated outdoor pool. Covered sitting areas outdoors, surrounded by flowers and vines. Plus a heated indoor pool. Room was comfortable and would have been big enough for a family of four. Spacious bathroom. Covered parking area. We highly recommend this place and wish we would have extended for another night.

There was a lot of noise from construction or events that could be heard from our room. It happened on multiple occasions and we weren't given a heads up on any of them. When we mentioned the loud drumming that was occuring on one occasion from live music close to our hotel room, we were told they didn't know there would be drums and they would give us some courtesy drinks because of the inconvenience. They never followed through with that. We also made a reservation at the spa and then arrived to find other people had taken our spot.

O Hotel é muito bonito, com instalações bonitas e jardins lindos muito bem cuidados. A localização é próxima as vinicolas e a 35km de Algarrobo que é um balneário lindo e com muitas opções de restaurantes e cafeterias beira mar. O atendimento do hotel é bom, mas achei que erram em detalhes como a limpeza dos quartos (o roupão e pantufas estavam um pouco sujas, pareciam até usadas e sem lavar) e apesar do verão, a temperatura cai para 11/12 graus a noite e a calefação central do quarto estava desligada e ficou bem frio para quem está acostumado com o calor brasileiro. Ter um restaurante no hotel ajudou muito, pois é a única opção de jantar na região. A comida é muito boa e o preço acompanha a media da região. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, bem fraco e com poucas opções.
