Villa of 180 m2, modern, on two floors, very bright thanks to its large bay windows, with spacious kitchen with pantry and covered terrace, overlooking the living room and the dining room, extended by a wooden terrace of 60 m2 on the 1st floor, and contains a master bedroom with wc and bathroom, with open views of the surrounding countryside. In the basement a second living room gives access to the fully wooded garden and the swimming pool and leads to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with wc and a laundry room. Small haven of peace, quiet, where life and rest are good, close to all amenities and located in the countryside.

Superbe propriété dans tres belle region

La propriété est très bien : grande ce qui permet à chacun d avoir son espace;bien équipée; proprietaire très accueillant. A recommander vivement mais peut être à déconseiller avec de jeunes enfants à cause de la terrasse en étage

Très bon séjour en Aveyron

Très belle maison très fonctionnelle pour 2 familles avec enfants. Vue très sympa sans oublier la piscine qui est très agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Propriétaires très agréable et à l'écoute. Merci

Un véritable havre de paix et de confort

Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par Rachelle et son mari qui nous ont fait faire le tour de leur très belle propriété, ils nous ont prodigué quelques bons conseils sur les commerces alentours puis sont restés autant disponibles que discrets tout au long du séjour... merci pour leur acceuil ! Cette location est tout simplement magique. Le confort est d'un très haut niveau avec plus que le nécessaire pour passer un séjour royal. Il s'agit d'une maison très bien conçue, décorée avec un grand soucis d'harmonie, très lumineuse au rez de chaussée et même par temps maussade comme nous avons eu sur la fin du séjour, elle reste très accueillante du fait de cette luminosité. La terrasse en bois qui contourne une bonne partie du bâtiment donne aussi une sensation aérienne très agréable (attention aux jeunes enfants car la rembarde n'est pas sécurisée) La vue surélevée sur la campagne depuis toutes les pièces du RDC est très apaisante et les déjeuners sur la terrasse sont des moments très plaisants de ce fait. Le matin au lever dans la chambre du RDC est aussi un moment privilégié au chant des oiseaux et face à un paysage buccolique. Le sous sol où se trouvent 3 chambres et un salon très confortables avec très grande TV est moins lumineux et conviendra mieux au soirées... L'équipement est très fourni et nous n'avons manqué de rien que ce soit pour cuisiner ou pour se distraire. Passons maintenant au terrain qui entoure la maison : Magnifiquement entretenu et arboré d'essences diverses, il invite à la flanerie. La piscine traitée au sel est très agréable et ses abords très bien conçus à la fois si on aime le soleil mais aussi si on veut s'en protéger avec un abri confortable et équipé de mobilier. Les arbres donnent aussi une ombre agréable bien qu'assez précoce en fin de journée. La région est par ailleurs riche de petits villages classés (avec de nombreux artisans d'art) et le bourg de Villeneuve accessible à pieds en quelques minutes possède l'essentiel des services plus un charme certain. Les propriétaires dont c'est la résidence principale ont tout fait pour rendre leur maison autant zen que confortable et nous en avons profité avec délice !

Magnifique !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison de Rachelle. La maison est très belle, propre, décorée avec soin et bien équipée. Et que dire de la piscine... un vrai bonheur pour toute la famille. Rachelle est très chaleureuse et disponible pour toute question. La région est vraiment très belle et authentique. Bref, nous avons passé un séjour de rêve. Un grand merci et au plaisir de revenir pour continuer à visiter la région.
