Room was clean and efficient for an overnight stay. The reception area was not inviting, dark , dismal and untidy. Had to wait on arrival for someone to welcome us to check-in. Great place to stay.

Very convenient for overnight stays when travelling through France. We have stayed here several times over the years as it sets a high standard in terms of the quality of accommodation. A good restaurant is sited next door and it is convenient for visits to the heautiful city of Troyes.

Avoid, not up to any basic standard.

Bed sheet not made fully, dirty towel left from previous customer, floor dirty, stains on wall. Sorry but if this is what almost 100 gbp buys in France then look at non hotels. 20 years ago this was probably good value, now it’s a flea pit.
