We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Villarembert, this charming apartment with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 46 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travellers. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the mountain air. Sheets included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: Bunk beds with a double bed (140×190) below and a single bed above.
- A bathroom with bathtub and double sinks.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- The apartment has a balcony in each room: including a large communicating with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Villarembert in the Corbiers area, with a total of 310 km of ski slopes, in a very pleasant environment within the Pegasus Phenix building, 200 meters from the first ski lift. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- You will have many activities at your disposal: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flight, sledding, dog sled rides, snowmobiles, snowshoes...
- Other ski areas: La Toussuire: Les Bottières, St Jean Arves/St Sorlin d'Arves, St Colomban des Villards accessible thanks to the different ski lifts, from Le Corbier.
- Numerous ESF activities, welcome drink with music, HARIBO sled race, human curling, visit to the farm, torchlight descent.
- The resort has been labeled "Family Plus" since 2006 with activities adapted to all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park with sled and scooter for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, discovery of the peaks on horseback, fishing, canyoning, outdoor swimming pool in the resort heated in winter and also open in summer...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the apartment.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus: free shuttle in winter that serves the whole resort and free tourist train in summer.
- Nearest train station: Saint Jean de Maurienne train station located at 12 km (25 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport located at 1750 km (2h05 by car).

Other remarks :
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the resort.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen included.
- Towels are provided at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by your care (or in supplement with our provider on the spot).
