Terrible manera from the concierge who screamed at us because we forgot our key inside the room and he has to go to reception and get us the master key. He literally screamed and was extremely upset. He shouldn’t be working in hospitality if he cannot handle this type of situations. Innocent mistake that happens to guests frequently. Very disrespectful. He was angry at us and felt the need to show it with yelling and bad manners.

Agréable séjour sous la neige

Séjour de 2 jours très agréable dans un très bel appartement (1 salon avec cuisine équipée, 1 chambre avec grand lit, 1 sdb avec 2 vasques et 1 grande douche à l'italienne, 1 WC, 1 grand balcon, joli parquet au sol). Personnel très accueillant et agréable. Une adresse à retenir.
