Overall we were very happy with our stay. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. We did not have breakfast there so I can’t comment on that. It was concerning that we did not have a smoke detector in our room- where the smoke detector should have been was just wires hanging down - I do have a photo of this. This was a safety concern for us. For my preference, the bed was hard and pillows waaaay too soft, but that is a personal preference. We would stay here again, just hopefully next time we would have a smoke detector in our room and not just loose wires.

Yes the room was great and clean. We have one issue where the door didn't close well. You really have to pull hard, so hard my wife couldn't get the door to latch. We were in room 110.

The check-in was easy and the front staff was super friendly. The beds were comfy and the breakfast in the morning was great! (Shoutout to whoever put the cinnamon rolls under the steamer thing 👍) And, the price was excellent! We were driving through on our way to Iowa and this was the perfect spot to rest.

The hotel was clean. The pancake machine for breakfast was broke and there was no bacon. Looked to be bacon earlier but they never refilled it. Our stay overall was still nice. Cleanliness is my #1. Would stay again.

Had a good experience. The staff are friendly, no surprise, people in Tuscola are generally friendly types. Nice and clean. Quiet-- no shared door between rooms is a plus I like about most Holiday Inn Express properties. I'd stay there again. I had to do business in Tolono and Savoy and the hotelbetter priced than a comparable property had I stayed in Champagne and Tuscola is 20 minutes from downtown Champagne and 15 from Savoy and 10 from Tolono. So, it worked out well.
