Ca l'Armengol is an old farmhouse from eighteenth century (isolated) with fabulous views and very well located for sightseeing, near the sea and the mountains, is ideal to relax and disconnect, enjoy nature, as well as the pool and barbecue. It is close to beautiful cities like Barcelona, Girona, Figueres ... with plenty of experiences.
It is relevant panoramic views from the different points of the house by its raised position, being especially lovely sunsets and sunsets. The artists who have gone through Ca l'Armengol have always valued the uniqueness of the place. The wonderful outdoor space is available to all guests, allowing recreation with family and friends.
The house is in the first floor, sleeps up to 10 persons (4 rooms) with separate entrance and private garden, terrace. There are 4 bedrooms, (two double rooms, one triple room with single beds and 1 triple room with double and single beds), 3 bathrooms with shower, a fireplace, living-room with smartTV and a totally equipped kitchen. All rooms are exterior and equipped with necessary household items.
The price includes bed linen, towels, use of BBQ (wood and coal) and pool plus wi-fi.

We also inform you that the family responsible for the activity of rural tourism is living in a different part of the farmhouse (2nd floor) being more flexible with check-in and check-out time and giving an immediate service during the stay.
There are 2 accomodations in the farm (one suitable for 4 and this property for 10) sharing BBQ, swimming-pool and table-tennis, trampoline, etc. Each house has its own entrance and private garden with garden furniture.

Location: The house is very easy to access, it is located in the center of Pla del Estany, next to Banyoles and near Girona Airport and Barcelona.
It is well communicated and proves to be a strategic starting point for your excursions and cultural or gastronomic visits throughout the region.
At less than 25 km we have Girona, Figueres, Besalú, ... and the best beaches of the Costa Brava, with fine sand and very shallow waters ideal for children.
The volcanic area of La Garrotxa only 36 km. Barcelona at 1:20 p. m. It is only 8 km from the exit of the AP-7, in direction l'Escala. Border with France to 35 min. Airports: to Barcelona 1:30 h, to Girona 30 min. And to Perpignan 1:10

Ca l´Armengol is an old country house from the 18th century (isolated) very well located for tourism, near the sea and the mountains. It is ideal if you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy the countryside, fresh air, away from the city and stress. Whether it's a weekend, Christmas or summer, with family or friends.

The interiors: 2 accommodations can be rented (jointly or separately) with a total capacity for 14 guests: the “dalt masoveria” can accommodate up to 10 people (4 rooms) on the first floor and the “baix masoveria” allows to accommodate Up to 4 people (2 rooms) on the ground floor, both with independent entrance and with their private garden. The masoverias have a living room and kitchen-dining room. Equipped with all the necessary tools for cooking and with the table setting. Fireplace, television and wifi.

The exteriors: The pool, with 40 m2 to enjoy the water and with the sunbeds for sunbathing. The spaces to play soccer, basketball or ping-pong, on grass or on indoor court. The forest, to enjoy the walk, as well as the collection of mushrooms and asparagus in its season. The oaks, fig trees, olive groves, walnuts, together with the different native Mediterranean plants allow you to enjoy magnificent shaded corners to relax after a splendid day of tourist, sports or beach activities.
Covered parking for cars is available.

The owners live on the second floor of the main building without sharing interior space and offer immediate service during the stay if necessary.

XI) of 40 min. on the way through the forest and fields. In addition you can find all kinds of sports activities at close range such as kayaking, diving, skydiving, go-karting, horseback riding, golf and many more than from Ca l'Armengol we can also inform.
