With two patios and two sun terraces, the house, on two floors, is fully mobilida, has two kitchens with appliances, five bedrooms (four of them suites), two living rooms, a dining room, and two bathrooms, with shower, independent. The ground floor consists of a living room, bar, two bedrooms with private bathrooms (both with direct exit to the courts), an independent bathroom and a spacious kitchen and dining room. The living room has exit to the wide front yard equipped with comfortable garden furniture. The kitchen leads out to the backyard equipped for outdoor dining. The first floor has access to both the inside and the outside of the house. On this floor there are two terraces, a kitchen (with access to rear terrace), three fours, two with en suite bathroom and direct access to the rear terrace, a separate bathroom and a living room and dining room with exit to the terrace front.
