Beautiful new house, only 45 meters from the beach with fantastic beach and sea views.
The house has 2 floors plus private terrace on the 3rd floor.
The single bedroom can be converted to a double bed.
The beds in the house are new and comfortable.
It has great sea views from the lounge, the kitchen, the single bedroom, the lounge and the terrace.
The house was built to a very high standard with mordern and comfort furniture, nice blue electric shutters and high quality mattresses in the bedrooms.
1 of the bathrooms is en-suite and 1 bathroom is situated at the entrance of the lounge.
The terrace has a big table with 6 chairs & 6 sun loungers
and a fridge, so there is no need to go to downstairs to the kitchen.
There are shops, restaurants and snack bars within walking distance.
