For shared use: natural state property 1'500 m2, orchard, pond. Private: natural state property 500 m2 with flowers. In the complex: washing machine (for shared use). Available: boat. Motor boat (Local agreement). Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 7 km, supermarket 20 km, bus stop "Skällviks Kyrka" 2.5 km, railway station "Norrköping" 35 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 430 km, sandy beach, lagoon 250 m.
