Wonderful experience

Elegant hotel with a fantastic location. We stayed only one night. The room was clean and luxurious. The design in the room was nice. Couple of things were missing in the room (pair of slippers, wine glass) but other than that it was great. The breakfast was delicious.

Run down hotel in perfect location with small SPA.

Amazing location in the middle of Old Town and we had a blast overall. Hotel felt a little run down and out of date. Cleanliness was not up to standard and the 5* rating must've been inflated. Given the price it was still value for money, but both the overall standard and cleanliness needs to improve. SPA looks big in photos, but in reality was very small. A jacuzzi for 2-3 people, 5 beds and the only hot sauna could seat maybe 5 people. With its reasonable priced rooms I'd still recommend, but don't expect 5*. Envision a good 4* or a great 3* and it will meet your expectations!

This is my 3rd time staying at the Telegraaf in the past 5 years. It was a nice stay but it seemed to be kept better the previous times. Overall, it is still nice.

Hotel Telegraaf 5 Stars !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Telegraaf and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. The check-in process was seamless, and I was even offered a complimentary upgrade – a delightful surprise! The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, and the views from my window were simply breathtaking. Housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring the room was spotless and well-stocked throughout my stay. What truly set this hotel apart was the attention to detail. The concierge team was fantastic, offering excellent dining recommendations and arranging tours effortlessly. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast spread was both diverse and freshly prepared. The amenities were top-notch, including a serene spa, a well-equipped fitness center, and a stunning rooftop pool with panoramic views of the city. The hotel’s central location made it incredibly convenient to explore local attractions and nightlife. Overall, Hotel Telegraaf exceeded all my expectations. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an unmatched experience of comfort, elegance, and outstanding service. I can’t wait to return!

Just beautiful

We were in love with Tallin and Hotel Telegraaf was the perfect hotel for our stay. An elegant, comfortable hotel in the heart of old town. Staff were efficient and polite.

Very friendly and professional staff from front desk, to bar staff, to housekeeping. Excellent sauna and spa facilities. Spacious room and highly convenient location. All in all a wonderful stay!
