A nice flat

A nice flat which needs more use and a modern washing machine. If your card is not in Euros there are conversion costs to the €200 deposit. Taxi fare to the port area around €7 to €8. We were comfortable there and would stay again.

Lovely apartment needing some damp proof work and extra detail

The apartment is in a lovely old house with a great view of Vigo bay. The apartment is modern with good size rooms. The apartment was comfortable except for the couch and a bit damp. It also required a kettle, bread knife, shower curtain and hooks for clothes in the bathroom. We did not know how to work the central heating as it was cold in the morning and evening It is near shops and buses but is on the outskirts of Vigo about 40min walking. It is very near the motorway which is good for driving but not for noise whilst on balcony . Enjoyed our stay

Good and easy place to go visiting all around

Nice apartment newly refurnished in a old house. Coach uncomfortable but very good beds. House well equiped. Direct access to motorways, supermarket. A secured carpark under the house, quiet street. We could had good rest after visiting.

La casa es antigua pero Isabel le ha dado un lavado de cara espectacular y el resultado es maravillsoso. Muy confortable. La cocina está impecable con todo lo necesario. El baño tambien nuevo, impecable. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y las camas muy cómodas. La terracita de la habitación principal es un lujo en días del octubre tan veraniego que pudimos disfrutar nosotros. Alojamiento muy tranquilo. Los peques se echaron siestas de ensueño.. Isabel muy agradable, cercana y siempre atenta. Genial.

No concuerda y falta mejorar.

Mirábamos casa para una semana por lo que buscábamos una que estuviese completa. A pesar de los malos comentarios que tenía, al ver las fotos pensábamos que la gente estaba exagerando un poco. Para empezar, pone que hay lavadora, y es una vieja que no funciona, se lo comunicamos y no nos quiso solucionar el problema. Tuvimos que lavar a mano. Ponía que había plancha y tampoco había. Los muebles de jardín, deteriorados y mal servicio. Faltan utensilios. La puerta de casa no funciona bien.

tuvimos que retrasar la entrada dos dias, porque habian hecho reforma y se retraso. Se ha quedado muy bien, pero con las prisas le faltaban muchas cosas y no funcionaban otras. Espero que lo hayan resuelto para los proximos clientes

El alojamiento se encuentre encuentra en un barrio que parece las afueras de Vigo. La casa tiene graves problemas de condensación y humanidad, por lo que en otoño e invierno no es aconsejable ir. El acceso al interior de la vivienda es bastante incómodo. El trato con la dueña agradable y servicial.

casa muy abandonada

No se parece en nada a las imagenes que parece se han tomado 20 años antes . todo muy envejecido. EL MUEBLE DEL BAÑO NO CIERRAN LAS PUERTA RADIADORES QUE PIERDEN DE TODA LA CASA SOLO HAY UNA PLANTRA ABIERTA LO DEMAS ESTA CERRADO , EL ULTIMO DIA SALTABA EL AUTOMATICO DE LA LUZ Y NOS QUEDABAMOS SIN LUZ NI CALEFACCION NI AGUA FALTABA UNA MANO URGENTE DE PINTURA EN LA FACHADA , TODO VIEJO Y LAS BARANDILLAS OXIDADAS LA VEGETACÓN SE COMIA LA CASA EL JARDIN HACIA AÑOS QUE NO SE CUIDABA ZOCALOS DESPEGADOS POR LA UMEDAD DE LA PARET QUE SE DESACIA ETC.

El Barrio está algo apartado, pero desde luego que es un lugar tranquilo y tienes un supermercado al lado para comprar cualquier cosa. Los colchones son muy confortables y la cocina tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. El baño es algo más antiguo y la televisión perdía señal. Huele a humedad pero es soportable. La comunicación para cualquier cosa que necesites es muy rápida y fluida.

La casa estaba en muy buen estado, muy amplia, bien equipada y todo muy limpio. Tiene una terraza muy agradable para desayunar, con vistas a la ría. Aunque la autopista está muy cerca prácticamente no se escucha.

Buena estancia en general. Casa acogedora pero mejorable.

La estancia en la zona ha sido buena, pudiendo visitar gran variedad de lugares desde Vigo como zona central: Combarro, Cangas, Santiago, Islas Cíes, La Toja, O Grove, Pedras Negras , Pontevedra y el propio Vigo, aunque hay mucho más sitios que ver. En cuanto a la casa, en general está bien tendiendo en cuenta su precio, aunque podría mejorar bastante solo con alguno detalles. Si que tiene un serio problema de humedad que en verano no se nota demasiado, pero en invierno será peor. El sistema eléctrico debería de renovarse y le falta un arreglo de la fachada y zona exterior. La dueña, Isabel, muy atenta durante la visita. En fin, si mejoran un poco las instalaciones la podráin alquiar incluso a un precio más elevado.

Cómodo y perfecto para viajar

Nos atendieron perfectamente en todo momento. La casera fue estupenda, asegurándose de que todo estaba bien. Muy amable. El piso está muy bien situado para viajar por la provincia, pues está al lado de la autovía. El interior de la casa era muy cómodo y limpio, con muchos servicios (cafetera, televisor grande, tetera, microondas...). La relación calidad/precio es muy buena. El exterior de la casa no está tan cuidado como el interior, pero esto es algo esperable si se tiene en cuenta que está casi en el campo. Eso sí, habríamos agradecido que hubiera un poco menos de arañas y telarañas. También hay que saber que hay escaleras para subir al piso, aunque para nosotros no fue ningún problema. En resumen: repetiríamos.

petite maison open space propre et fraiche avec 3 terrasse dont 1 + vue magnifique sur la baie

la maison est petite mais spacieuse car très bien conçue. les lits sont grands et confortables. tous les rangements et les petits détails de décoration en font un espace très agréable à vivre. la vue est magnifique. seul bémol: le bruit de l'autoroute, toute proche. mais ça reste supportable et compensé par les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la baie. il manque peut-être un plateau (pour emmener son repas sur une des terrasses) et des crochets ou pendre serviettes ou habits dans la salle de bain. sinon RAS; maison au top que je recommande!

Cómoda y agradable

El piso muy agradable, las habitaciones amplias y con todo lo necesario. Con algo de humedad pero todo muy limpio. Desde la propiedad se tiene una bonita vista de la ría Los dueños muy amables La calefacción hace un ruido como de agua cayendo pero como llovía, parecía parte del entorno.
