The apartment is all new and furnished in a modern style with high quality finishes. The living room has a dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen, a living room with TV and a sofa that becomes a double bed. The living room leads to a covered terrace equipped with a dining table for 4 people. In front of the living room there is also a balcony, from the balcony and terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the shared swimming pool. The bedroom is double and there are two bathrooms with shower. The gardens are very large, there is also a large shared barbecue area, an 18 x 5 meter swimming pool for adults and a children's pool. Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Darstellung auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Anreise muss man wissen, dass man ohne fremde Hilfe das Gelände nicht betreten kann. Bei uns hat das perfekt geklappt und Giorgia hat uns das Tor der Einfahrt geöffnet.Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insbesondere die beiden Bäder sind ein Traum. Der Blick von den beiden Balkonen ist spektakulär.
