This large villa hugs the hill on which it was built and respects the trees that were there. Equipped with a borehole and photovoltaic panels, it is autonomous.

It is totally oriented towards the sea and associated with the landscape.

Shops are 300 m away, beaches are 800 m away, the port is 900 m away, the airfield is 3 km away.

From the 12m by 6m infinity pool, heated, salt filtered (temperature 25°), you overlook the gulf. The sunsets are fabulous from this place. The swimming pool is surrounded by a beach equipped with deckchairs and parasols, protected from the wind by glass railings. Our caretaker takes care of the maintenance of the swimming pool.

An intermediate and covered terrace allows you to eat outside and in the shade. It is also equipped with a plancha and a double living room.

The large room is air-conditioned . It is completely open to 2 large living rooms, a dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. Large bay windows provide access to the covered terrace and the swimming pool. The piano can be made available on request. Sea view.

On the same level you have 3 bedrooms with televisions . Each is equipped with a toilet, a spacious walk-in shower and a double sink. They are air-conditioned . Access to the swimming pool is direct. Sea view.

Upstairs, you have 2 bedrooms with bathroom, air-conditioned, with television . The toilets are separate. These rooms open onto a terrace equipped with armchairs and electric blinds. Sea view.

The property is secure, WIFI and network info. Vehicles are parked inside the property.

Pricing :

On request, we offer special pricing for 6 or 8 people outside high seasons.

Maximum capacity is 10 adults + 2 children under 3 years old.

We provide 2 baby kits for €30/each and for the entire stay.

The minimum stay is 7 nights during school holidays. However and on request, we accept a stay of a shorter duration for an additional cost to be defined.

Given the shortage of rental cars, we can make a vehicle available to you under preferential pricing conditions when booking your stay.

We can also offer transportation and return by plane (private jet for 8 people). We study your request and offer you personalized pricing.

We have a boat moored at the Port of Propriano. This can be rented with a skipper for the day for trips. Contact us for price.
