The room was clean and very sleek with a lot of nice amenities such as complimentary wine and beer in the mini fridge. Make sure to get a room with a view otherwise the window faces the adjacent building wall albeit with ivy growing on it.

The hotel location is excellent, quiet, right across from the Albertina and not far from the opera house, as well as other historical sites including the cathedral, State Hall, and great shopping. staffs were helpful, the premise was tidy and clean. The amenities were good, and very responsive service. The brasserie/restaurant downstairs is buzzy and nice dishes. Seems very popular among the locals.

The hotel was fantastic, really great staff, attentive and even gifted us a cake for my husband's birthday! Room was great, comfortable, spacious and clean. Location enabled us to walk to all of the main sights and shopping areas. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel room and we were shocked by the size and all the features. We had a slight issue with the TV but they helped us on that and overall the experience was a good one. For hotels in Europe I highly recommend this one an I have been there quite a bit. This is large, comfortable, and has good staff. Also the perfect location and I mean perfect as you are close to the sites in the north and south of you and it's in a nice square. Very good.

Perfect hotel in a beautiful city.

The room was AMAZING, spotless, great layout, beautiful fittings, sofa area, window seat. The coffee machine was just incredible!! We would very much recommend this hotel for a stay in the centre of Vienna. The staff were all so attentive and polite. We felt like royalty whilst we were there. We ate the most amazing meal in the restaurant. It was all just perfect.
