Our stay was excellent. Great location that was walkable to a variety of restaurants and many of Vienna’s top attractions (minutes from the concert hall and the opera house). We had a comfortable, well-appointed and nicely designed room. Informative, friendly and attentive staff who provided excellent service and many recommendations that were spot-on. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was extremely kind, especially the breakfast staff.Carl was very thoughtful and proactive and accommodating us with a little six month old. The hotel is located very close to the trams and the U Bahn and very quiet at night. We will definitely return here again.

Excellent location. Restaurant that is co-located w the hotel and provides the room service to the rooms is a very nice restaurant. The hotel seems short staffed and some of the front desk staff know nothing about the area around the hotel.
