Very filthy hotel. Lady at the reception was very unpleasant. When checking in, she took my ID and showed to his boss who’s sitting right behind the reception ( because I carry Indian name), and they stared giggling. That took over 10 minutes to check in even though I had paid through Expedia . Then she said your room is facing Parking Lot( in sketchy laugh) It’s 85f outside and AC was turned off when we entered the room. I can tell you , AC doest work properly, it really never cooled down the room. My wife found cockroaches dead and alive by the sink. The room is very greasy, your feet stick almost. Never again. Don’t go there if you are with family or friends, plz

Fair at best

Fair at best. Our room wasn’t ready on time at the time they specified it to be ready, we walked into what we thought was a freshly clean room. Only to be hit with an overwhelming smell of cleaning products that left the floor slippery, and left a yellow residue on every pair of socks we wore. The A/C unit didn’t get very cold and it rattled loudly we had to hit the unit every so often to make it stop. However the front desk staff were very welcoming, and we liked the close proximity location to access the Metro. We booked this hotel with the mind set that we were only there to sleep, spending majority of the day/night in the city. However for a more relaxed visit where we’re not in a rush for the cities events, we will not be coming back and will be spending more money on a nicer hotel with better location in the city.

The facility is nice, the room is well equipped with basically a full kitchen including a stove top. So that would be helpful for longer stays. Check in was a little bit difficult because the second person staying in the room had to wait in the lobby for 13 hours until the primary person's plane landed.. Even though this was explained in advance, they were still made to sit in a chair for 13 hours. But the hotel is very recommended and hopefully my one little experience is not commonplace.

The room was nice, bed was comfortable. It was fine for one night especially for the price. There was a cook top and apartment size refrigerator. Now I understand the note at the front desk about putting food in the sink! My only issues were that the shampoo was obviously completely empty with the bottle crushed in the middle and housekeeping was too lazy to change it. I had to ask for shampoo at midnight from the front desk. The shower doesn't operate in a usual manner so I thought it was broken. I pulled, and turned and did everything and it wouldn't start. The AC works very well but it's very loud. 65 decibels. That is ridiculously loud. There's also construction on a building outside. All that being said, the location is fantastic. The room was clean and the parking was easy. I would stay there again.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs! I recently stayed at the Tyson property and it was an absolute nightmare. The room was infested with weevils, cockroaches, and other bugs. We spent the entire night trying to kill them, but there seemed to be endless numbers. We ended up sleeping in the car because it was simply uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the door had a huge gap at the bottom, and insects were crawling in freely. We killed at least 9 bugs ourselves, but there were many more lurking around. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing, especially considering it already had a 2-star rating — I now regret choosing this place. When checking in a couple of customer were complaining that thier key cards were not working. We had to run to the fron desk each time as well. Would not recommend to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay!
