The staff were excellent and the location is fantastic. Shout out to Alvin the bellman who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms weren't huge but it was all about the central location and a great bar.

Great breakfast. Room comfortable. But no business centre despite Expedia listing that it had one. Room was cleaned very late one day (probably due turning over rooms for guests leaving / new guests coming) — so I’d advise putting out the make up room sign when you go out; they’ll clean it faster.

We were informed of our upgrade at check-in. Provided on of the best spaces we’ve experienced traveling. Location was fantastic. Enjoyed a quiet nightcap in the lounge. Staff was very friendly & helpful. WiFi was good but required joining a loyalty club.
