On the whole, it was a good stay but they didn't routinely clean the room and we noticed the floor and toilet was not cleaned over several days during our stay. Staff were friendly and the furniture was nice.

First of all it was stated there is a concierge to help us for tours, but unfortunately the agent said that we have to go to the city center and it was freezing , 2nd it show that it is a few steps away from subway but we walk for more than 40 minutes to get to the hotel, 3rd no telephone, refrigerator is broken so we have to move to another room and still not working, we don’t want to move to another room again and then when we need to ask questions we have to go down to the lobby and ask questions to the ladies which is one of them is not very nice, 4th, is do not believe what other people say that this hotel is good because it’s very far from city center and concierge as it stated..and then it shows free water we got water one time and that’s it…never believe again… and the reward change which is no good….
