This is a fabulous hotel. The room we started in was very nice and big! The service is great and the location is perfect for visiting the old town. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

This hotel is in the Museum Quarter within easy walking distance of the Ring and the city centre. Maximum walk time (to St. Stephan's Cathedral - furthest sightseeing fron the hotel) is around 30 minutes. The hotel staff are friendly and very efficient (everyone speaks English). We found the decor to be a little cold (maybe our taste), but it is clean and overall we had an enjoyable stay.

We booked this trip to celebrate a 60th birthday. Hotel was amazing - spacious room which was lovely and quiet, a feast at breakfast every day and even a chocolate birthday cake! Spa was fabulous too! The staff were all very polite and helpful. For a special occasion this was perfect.
