This was an efficiently organized, well-equipped apartment that delivered what it promised: a clean space with all you need. What a delight to find a small, but perfectly-formed dishwasher! Such a nice hidden surprise!

Convenient location, close to train station and other necessities. A pleasant walk or quick tram to central Vienna sites. My only concern would be the lack of air conditioning. It was fine in April but could feel too hot in the summer.

Prepare ear plugs just in case

Hotel is clean and next to train station. Price is reasonable. The height of the room is the issue because the footstep of upper floor can be heard clearly. I had bad luck because the guest of my upper floor couldn’t stop walking until midnight.

Arrived for a 9 nights stay Told only one clean in the stay only one towel and in linen cupboard up the hallway, there was supposed to be extra towels but there was none For my nine night stay I had three coffees in my room When I asked about, could I get some extra coffees? They told me I could buy them in the foyer as the three copies were just a complimentary gift 3 coffees for nine nights and then expect you to buy more. I didn’t even have a price on them in the foyer. Just tap your card. It could’ve been two euros each.

Well located accommodation near Vienna Central station. Room has kitchenette which makes it easy to heat/cook food. This is a self service hotel/apartment that makes check in a breeze when you have done all the online requirements before arrival. Hotel staff is available at certain times and are helpful.

The property is just a short walk from the tube station, making it easy to reach the city centre. The room was clean and well-equipped for long stays, with a stove and dishwasher adding to the convenience. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks—the phone in the room wasn’t working, and no toothbrush or toothpaste was provided. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was great for the price. Would recommend!

The hotel was very close to city transportation that mean walking distance 5 min. It was close to restaurants and shopping malls. It had super nice location. Our bed wasn’t comfortable but it’s ok.

Convenient and friendly.

The lady at reception was excellent. She was friendly and professional and welcoming. The facilities were in great condition, and it is in a very handy location near the Hauptbahnhof. The only real downside for a modern building was the lack of any air or ventilation control other than the window.

Only once did we see an employee sitting behind the front desk. No one was around when we needed them. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. I won’t stay here again due to the limited hours of expected front desk availability, let alone the actual nearly non-existent availability of hotel staff.
