The property is just a short walk from the tube station, making it easy to reach the city centre. The room was clean and well-equipped for long stays, with a stove and dishwasher adding to the convenience. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks—the phone in the room wasn’t working, and no toothbrush or toothpaste was provided. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was great for the price. Would recommend!

The hotel was very close to city transportation that mean walking distance 5 min. It was close to restaurants and shopping malls. It had super nice location. Our bed wasn’t comfortable but it’s ok.

Convenient and friendly.

The lady at reception was excellent. She was friendly and professional and welcoming. The facilities were in great condition, and it is in a very handy location near the Hauptbahnhof. The only real downside for a modern building was the lack of any air or ventilation control other than the window.

Only once did we see an employee sitting behind the front desk. No one was around when we needed them. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. I won’t stay here again due to the limited hours of expected front desk availability, let alone the actual nearly non-existent availability of hotel staff.

I was so disappointed at this experience. It was new to me the no contact check in and it’s basically everting contactless. We had questions and request and had to wait for the next day to receive answers. However the place itself is at an amazing location. Great access to trains and buses.

Not very kind staff…I called the day before to ask if they offered luggage storage and they said yes, when I showed up lady in front desk said they didn’t.. I told her I had called before so she made me fill a form however I had to leave suitcase outside at lobby…I decided just to wait. She told me to come back at 2 but no one was at front desk so had to wait until someone showed up to finally get the room. Clean and close to train station.

Great setup. Love the easy contactless check in system. We arrived at 3am so it was great to be able to seamlessly pick up our room key. Room was very clean. It's basically a mini apartment. Cutlery etc. is provided. Nice and quiet. Only slight gripe is that it was evident homeless or chancers were sleeping in the lobby. Plus the automatic main entrance door was broken. Once you're in your room though it's perfect. Great location. 2 minute walk to the main station.
