All was great. My only problem was getting the staff to help us with a couple of twin beds that were loosely put together to form a queen bed, but kept on separating, leaving a big crevice in the middle. They kept putting it back together only to fall back into the hole in the middle of the night.

Great location close to the train station that will connect you with all the attractions, very easy to use! Room was fairly clean, when we checked in a pillow on the bed had black makeup all over it. The bathroom had toothpaste splash marks on the wall. Tea and coffee were not refilled each day, as well as the Kleenex was empty for two days. The rooftop bar is very expensive, but a cool view! Techno music was played with a DJ. Breakfast buffet was really good but a bit overpriced compared to other hotels in Austria.

Hotel staff were absolutely amazing. The receptionist when we were checking in went above and beyond for us. Allowed us check in early after an early flight & treated us to lovely chocolates & rose voucher in the Sarai restaurant to help us celebrate our anniversary. Cleaning staff were great, room was always left lovely for us, coffee & bathroom were always restocked. Really recommend this hotel. Location was perfect very close to centre & train station literally right outside the door. The room had a lovely view of the river & bed was very very comfy & spacious. The bed had 4 pillows 2 were softer & 2 were firmer so suited whatever your preference. The shower was so spacious & had great pressure. The thermostat in the room kept it nice & warm in the cold weather outside however there was no window to open for fresh air but this wasn’t an issue for us. Another great thing was the large television which we could play movies from our phones on. The robot room service impressed us so much. There was a comedy show in the restaurant on Friday evening which was a nice thing to have. Rooftop bar was also gorgeous & staff were great there also. Really can’t recommend this hotel enough would definitely come back.
