all was great except for the coffee machine in the room which did not work. We asked it to be replaced and it was not done. Machine not only did not work but also was contaminated so we were grossed out a bit and made it clear to the front desk our discontent. When we checked out we notified them once more but there was no proper action.

LOVE the coziness and colors of the room!!! I felt like I walked into a mid-century modern bedroom - the green velvet curtain, the rounded wooden desk with the gold lamp, the golden mirror by the door, the peacock blue tiles in the bathroom, the rainfall shower head, the hygiene amenities, the free water and seltzer water, all amazing!!! And I love the nautical theme of the whole hotel - the porthole placards for the room numbers and porthole on the bathroom door.

Great for a festive city break just make sure when using google maps to initially get to the hotel that you put in the whole title of the hotel as there are two Radisson Blu hotels in Vienna

The room was a good size as was the bathroom. However the room was very hot and the control panel did not work to sort this. There was a tea tray which was never replenished therefore morning coffee was out. There is no room service and the bar/restaurant was very quiet even although it was Christmas. No atmosphere! Nice staff but nothing would draw us back. The bathroom floor had a dirty mark from our shoes and remained there for three days!

Truly an amazing hotel in Vienna. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The lobby and lounge area were nicely decorated and actually made you want to chill there. The room was great as well: coffee maker, kettle, and nicely decorated.

Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Plus, it was conveniently located within walking distance of several great restaurants, with a metro station nearby for easy access.

I’m so glad I stayed here! It’s super affordable compared to staying right in the city center. You can take the tram that’s literally 2 minute walking destination (tram number 1!!!) and TOUR almost the entire tourist spots for Vienna. Get the 24, 48, or 72 hour transportation ticket depending on how long you are staying. You can use it for any public transport (train, tram, bus, etc). The location is so perfect I cannot stress this enough. Also lots of food options for breakfast and dinner (make sure to reserve spots since things get booked up for dinner and breakfast). There is a grocery store right across the hotel. The infamous market for antiques and produce is literally 8 minute walk. There are lots of clothing shops. The hotel is perfect with good breakfast, a restaurant connected to it for food and drinks, and a great gym. Rooms are clean and roomy! The bed was very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend. The staff is super helpful and friendly— which you’ll know yourself the second you enter the hotel. Loved my stay here. Thank you!
