Overall experience was great. I would offer the following recommendations…the email sen by the hotel stated that the access would be needed to enter the building (I thought it meant the lobby area, as well as the room)…the rooms could be soundproofed so that the guest does not hear what is happening outside of their door…the stairs in the room to get to the bed area could use traction grip padding because they are a bit slippery (I fell).

Beautiful new apartments, modern and clean, no complains about this great property, they can probably add at least a microwave to make it 5 starts, just the parking situation is very bad if you are driving there, the parking spot on the basement is very expensive $40 euros a day and street parking is hard to get and you can get a ticket if you are not a resident of the area. also the place is like 25 to 40 min away from the center of Vienna depending on the traffic.

Lovely hotel, really clean and the space was perfect. Our room came with a mini fridge, which was pretty useful. The location is not ideal, as it is quite far from the center, but we already knew that when we booked it. Reaching the center by public transport is relatively easy, so wasn’t that big of a deal. We didn’t get the breakfast, as we found it quite expensive so I don’t know what it looks like. They even printed our train tickets for us for free which was really appreciated. Overall we had a really great stay at this hotel
