Staff were welcoming, room was clean and unexpectedly big for the two of us. Easy check in and whilst not in the middle of town was opposite Vienna HBF an a tram line so commuting on the subway and trams were easy. (10 minutes into Stephansplatz) which made the area a bit quieter and away from the Xmas Market crowds

Huge room (we had a studio). Very clean. Great front desk. SO CONVENIENT- only one block from the Hauptbahnhof. Safe area. Aldi’s (“Hoffer”) close by. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Very clean and spacious room. We appreciated the sofa bed being made up for our kids and fluffy towels. Staff were courteous. Location super convenient to the Belvedere - just a short walk and the major trains and within easy reach of underground and trams - just a few stops into the Inner Stadt. Only four stars as the lift broke and we had to walk six flights, the room was overly hot with the temp at 22 and our “kitchen box” was missing items.

Stayed for one night to catch the train the next morning. The room was very spacious. The area was quiet. The only downside was that the shower was a bit clogged. Water took quite a long time to go down the drain.

Appreciated the kitchen but would be great for some basic coffee/ tea etc to be provided. If there was a laundry we didn’t find it even though QR info says there is a washing machine in each room. Room was a great size and convenient to the HBF and tram network. Could be in central Vienna in minutes. Comfortable bed.

Very clean and beautiful building, fully furnished kitchen, paid laundry was in the building , staff was is very helpful and nice , walking distance to all the areas , 5 mins walk to main train station but on the quiet street. Loved our stay . Definitely will stay again.

Good friendly staff. Room was ok, bare minimum of facilities, but fine for 1 night. Check out was a bit chaotic, no staff on reception at all for more than 5 minutes. When she appeared all was sorted quickly. Surely reception should be manned at all times ?

The good : very convenient location, large room, good size eating area/table, clean, quiet despite proximity to train station. The less good : General room layout INCLUDING poor shower design/layout that results in a LOT of water spraying out onto the bathroom floor ( door-less showers should only be open on ONE side not a diagonal). Lighting layout - essentially no lighting near the sofa ( for reading) and a large central chandelier set too low ( have to consciously avoid if you are over 5'6"). TV location is right on top of dining table but more than 15 feet from the Sofa and Bed. Queen bed pushed right up against wall on one side despite ample room. Only 1 easy to reach plug outlet in the main room for charging ( despite 2 in the bathroom - who shaves and dries their hair at the same time ???) The ugly: NO COFFEE MAKER - in Vienna ??? If you pay a supplement you get a box of additional cooking gear with a bodum style "press" - something I have not personally seen used in 30 years- BUT the kitchen worktop area while adequate for simple food prep is NOT near big enough for cooking anything remotely complex so why would you want any of the other stuff??

It was very easy to get from the airport to the property since it’s so close to the train station. From this location it was very easy to get around the city. I walked a lot. It was also nice to have grocery stores nearby. The room was clean and well equipped. I opted for the kitchen box service so that I could cook my own meals in the apartment since it can get a bit awkward to eat out by yourself in Europe. And it was more cost friendly. The staff was very welcoming, kind and considerate. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. I would definitely recommend staying at Adina if you’re visiting Vienna.
