The room was sparse and small but it was blissfully quiet. The most quiet place I have ever slept in fact. Staff were friendly and the breakfast is a nice spread. It’s an easy walk from the Schönbrunn U4 station.

The room and facilities are exceptionally clean, and the staff is very supportive. You also get 24/7 access to the mini gym. It’s a couple of minutes’ walk to the underground train station, and there is a mall nearby. Schönbrunn Palace is within walking distance. The start was excellent, friendly and helpful. The location was great (close to the palace and public transportation). We visited in Spring, the weather was cold outside but the temperature in the rooms was set too high, we could not seem to get it lowered in the room.
