Very nice property, clean and modern, and an excellent staff who are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy; and they gave me a complementary bottle of wine. On the day I checked out, I was able to leave my bags all day, enabling me to explore the city more before leaving. The rooftop bar has a nice view, excellent drinks and I had a wonderful octopus salad.

The property is in a great location Nd the staff were friendly. Unfortunately our room was not clean when we arrived. Staff had to send someone up to reclean the bathroom. The airconditioning was very weak. Our room was very dusty and we had to request request housekeeping for a thorough dusting and vacuuming the second day of our stay.

The property was centrally located which was brilliant. Most of the sites we were walkable to and the metro was only about five minutes away. The staff were all really friendly and helpful on the reception and at breakfast. When we arrived we were given a leaflet with recommenced restaurants and a foldable map which was really helpful. At breakfast each day there was a great selection and we could order freshly cooked foods. On arrival we had a bottle of wine, there were robes, slippers an umbrella and I especially liked the shower. The view was really good too. In the breakfast room there was also tea and coffee available all day with some snacks like fruit which was great. We would definitely stay here if we came back to Vienna it was well worth the money.
