Ideally located ,would book again if visiting Vienna . Breakfast was included and had a good selection that was continually refreshed. No coffee making facilities in the room.

BEST find ever!!! Excellent communication with Hotel Post. The staff welcoming and helpful. Great assist with airport pickup with our flight delay. The rooms were traditional and spacious. Heated bathroom lovely. Housekeeping spotless and so very nice. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were great. Location was great access to walk as advertised and close to U-Bahn. Felt safe. This was our first stay at Hotel Post. Would stay again and I highly recommend. Thank you to all at Hotel Post for a lovely stay.

The hotel was clean and centrally located. The staff were helpful with things to see... The breakfast was ok - would have liked hard-boiled eggs to take away as I did not have time to eat but I went through looking for something portable.

The room was spotless. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The pillows weren’t great - rather flat and uncomfortable. But that is typical in this part of the world. The soaring high ceilings and beautiful vintage elevator made for a delightful experience. The location is perfect- one block from the tram stop and the underground station. The hotel is a great value for the money. Definitely recommend.

Good location on the Danube side of town. Easy walk to transit stops, St Stephan's and restaurants. My single room was small but adequate, clean & quiet. I arrived in the morning on a red eye flight and would have liked to check in early, but could not get into my room until the official check in time.

Checked out a day earlier than anticipated, with ample notice to hotel. Was told we would recieve a refund for last night but it turned out to be a lie. Many calls and no resolve. Hotels.com had to take a loss to resolve it with me. Hotels.com is to be commended while the hotel holds no esteem. Parking is several blocks away which is not uncommon in Europe

The hotel is fine and the price is good for Vienna. Location is nice and easy too. All I woukd say is room was very tired and unattractive and the floor we were on seemed like it belonged in an old institution. Old Lino etc whereas other floors were carpeted.
