Clean, modern rooms, friendly/ helpful reception staff. Quite well placed, we walked everywhere in Vienna from here but it isn’t the most central. Nice area, felt safe, there was a spa but we didn’t use, breakfast was expensive so we ate locally. Would stay again

Definitely not four stars, extremely underwhelming room and bathroom. Building is historic and not modernized much. Did have a nice sauna, but not much for a fitness center. Parking is a bit of a pain. Staff were very friendly. Location is OK, but not necessarily convenient for sightseeing.

It’s a good location. Close to Unahn line 1. Convenient to neighborhood restaurants, bakeries, grocery store. Had minimal contact with staff, but when needed they were polite and helpfull. Did not eat the breakfast at the hotel.

Thought it was really cool that they offered a credit at the bar for skipping housekeeping for a day. I charged a drink to the room, but at checkout, they wouldn't give the credit. Said I had to have a coin to give the bar, but the instructions didn't say that.

A lovely stay in Vienna. Great staff on reception, attentive friendly and polite. Room was very comfortable and clean, facilities were all great. Would happily stay here again, I definitely recommend it.

This is an amazing place. I travel all Over the world and just wished there were more of these hotels over the globe. Great place, excellent big rooms and beds. Mini bar with a great selection. Daniel at the front desk was so helpful and kind. I stayed with my yorkie and the stuff was kind to him, what else can I ask for. The restaurant service was nice. Location is good. Located at a neighborhood full of history.

The lady and the check in was beyond efficient. Got through everything super clearly. Parking is just around the corner and you can get it paid at the hotel itself. Quite steep at 26 Euros per day so everything is on the pricier side in Austria. The room was super quiet which was amazing. Beds were also comfortable

Comfortable room, hotel is within walking distance of the centre of town (Fleischmarkt, Stephansplatz, etc). Lobby and bar are a bit soulless, but that's not an issue.
