Overall a great hotel in a fantastic location, which is reflected in the price. The staff are helpful and professional. The rooms are nice and well appointed but dont really reflect the cost of staying here. Presumably its all about its location.

Nice hotel. Street facing rooms are very noisy if you have the windows open. We stayed in April and the room was hot for sleeping. AC not available until summer months. Rooms are very small. We had two suitcases and there was no where to put them.

Great hotel…a hidden gem!

Great Stay!….perfect location, access to metro and walkable to all sights. We even had our own Christmas Market on the next block. We visited 6 Markets in Vienna and this was the best! Front desk was extra helpful and always with a smile. Very affordable, for all we received. Would definitely recommend and we will stay here again when we return!

The rooms, staff, bar and location are perfect. It was a bargain for a nice hotel with a fantastic breakfast. I highly recommend this as to not be in the fast paced area in the city center. This is a 10 minute walk to the opera house where you can hop on hop off on two different routes. Fantastic.
