Sound proofing good within hotel though did hear some street noise some nights. 5 min walk to two different metro stations. 10 min walk to the museum district area. Great deal for the price. The hotel is well placed near the tube station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms spotless and beds very comfortable. Good choice of food at breakfast….only gripe was that the cooked food was cold by the time we sat down, as it was served on cold plates. Otherwise, no faults… and I would recommend the hotel to friends.

Hotel is in a very convenient location. We managed to get to all the atrractions that we wanted to visit in less than 30 mins. There was a nearby tram station n subway station within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we came almost every morning of our 1 week stay. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job with tidying the rooms and reception staff would always greet you when you pass by. Some downsides are the toothbrush was hard and you have to request for slippers and toothbrush separately as they are not provided upon check in. Overall, it was a great stay. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to save on your transporation time.

The hotel is beautful in side and felt perfect for a stay in Vienna. The breeakfast was lovely and the waiting staff were brilliant. Really made you feellooked after. The selection was brilliant and food was of a high standard. I really recommend this hotel. On the last day we had to leave before breakfast started so on request they laid on an early breakfast of smoked salmon meat and cheeses...lovely touch.

It’s a Gem!

This hotel is a gem in the center of Vienna! Location is great- service, atmosphere, breakfast is amazing! They even have an umbrella in the room in case you need it for your stay! We were going to have to buy one, but this was great! Just one comment that you should know- showers come with a wonderful tub- but it’s VERY high and for some- may be difficult to get into the shower / tub combo! You may ask if there are other rooms with different shower styles! Other than that, PERFECT! Book it!

It's an elegant hotel, evoking memories from old movies of Vienna. The staff were professional, polite, and very helpful. Convenient location, easy to get to historical center. Opera house is only a few minutes away. We enjoyed our stay very much.
