It's an elegant hotel, evoking memories from old movies of Vienna. The staff were professional, polite, and very helpful. Convenient location, easy to get to historical center. Opera house is only a few minutes away. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great hotel! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We booked this property to enjoy Vienna during an 18 hour layover. The taxi ride was only about 20 minutes from the airport which helped us maximize our very short time in Vienna. The hotel is extremely comfortable and the reception desk staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed a free welcome drink in the hotel bar and an excellent breakfast buffet in the restaurant. We felt comfortable and safe, walking in the area and surrounding neighborhoods. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is beautifully decorated and provides a warm welcome. A welcome drink was provided at the bar and our room upgraded. The bed was super comfy with the loveliest bedding I have ever experienced. Bathroom amenities provided, robes, slippers & coffee machine came with our room. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. The hotel is walkable to the centre and transport.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, truly a gem of a place. I am so thankful that we found this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, it is in a perfect location, and the staff are beyond friendly. We got engaged during our trip and the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated. I will always remember this hotel - it had a special place in our hearts.

Timeless values in a contemporary setting

Lovely hotel with a truly independent feel and a traditional approach to the delivery of customer service in the modern day. Genuinely friendly staff who are very experienced in what they do. In many respects it was a refreshing change from the typical corporate chains of hotels. Worthy of special mention are Gilbert, hotel manager, who we met at the front desk on arrival. He immediately made us feel relaxed and at home in our new settings. And Sanjay, head barman, who was an absolute pleasure to meet. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about his craft as a barman. The hotel benefits from a great location and offers a great breakfast which seems to please everyone. Also worth a mention is the sauna and steam room which is a great way to relax and refresh. Also, we had a nice bed with a ‘pillow menu’ and a super shower. Difficult to find fault with.
