It is an apartment is a great location but that's it. I do not stay there again. The bed is not comfortable, it has two simple mats that move from side to side. No housekeeper, I had a towel for 3 days of bathing, lousy WiFi I could never connect and when I called the owner never answered. No air conditioning and it's hot! The coverlet had a very bad smell. The contact phone number is not the one that is reported is another number and the address is not exact! The Vapiano restaurant they don't know them and it has nothing to do! We had to stay in the street while the person who received us arrived. They charge $ 30 Euros for extra cleaning. Nothing fancy.

It was not a good experience, from the beginning I could not contact the owner to schedule the checkins, the address was not according to the reservation, I had difficulty locating the building and with the help of a lady I was able to speak with the owner. The apartment we had booked was not available and we went to another apartment, cheaper, and even then we did not refund the difference in the payment of the apartments. All very confusing, there is no possibility of returning to stay in this apartment. I hope you can contact me so we can resolve the situation differently from the values that need to be returned to me.

The Hotel that never was.

The building has a three number code to get someone to open the main door. Orbits printed the three numbers without explanation. Had it not been for the Taxi driver, I would have never been able to know what those number meant. There is no Reception Desk in the entire bldg. I checked every floor and there was no office, only apartments, no community areas. I took a Taxi to another area of the City.

einziges Highlight: sehr zentrale Lage

Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen und ich konnte abends zu Fuss in die Oper gehen. Damit sind die Vorteile der Unterkunft aber auch schon aufgezählt. Bei der Ankunft musste ich schon mal ziemlich lange warten, bis jemand für die Schlüsselübergabe kam. Dann war ich nicht gerade begeistert von der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Highlight war aber, als ich am letzten Morgen durch Klingeln an der Türe geweckt wurde: das Bezirksgericht stand vor der Tür... Das hinterlässt bei mir einen sehr seltsamen Beigeschmack. Ich werde das sicher nicht mehr buchen.

Cuidado!! Que no los estafen como a nosotros!!

Malísimo!!! Nunca contestaron cuando mandé mensajes (por mail y whatsapp) para coordinar el checkin tal como lo solicitaban en la reserva. El día anterior al ingreso enviaron un mail diciendo que "tenían problemas con las cañerías" y nos íbamos a tener que alojar en otro dpto, al ver que estaba muy alejado del centro tratamos de contactarlos pero nuevamente no respondieron. Mandaron a un empleado a cobrar los 30 euros (por la limpieza) . Ellos nos deberían haber dado la diferencia (ya que el dpto donde nos mandaron es más económico), sin contar el gasto extra que tuvimos en traslados (taxi, metro) Además el dpto era deprimente, parecía un hospital!! Una vergüenza!!!.

Meget useriøst udlejer.

Utroligt ringe kundeservice. Turen skulle gå til Wien, opholdet var booket igennem hotels.com, og alt så ud til at være okay. Ringede til udlejer, fik fat i ham men han skulle lige finde nogle papirer og så ville han ringe tilbage inden for 20 min. Efter en time, stadigvæk intet opkald. Jeg blev bekymret og ringede til hotels.com. De var meget hjælpsomme og forsøgte at ringe, uden held. Det korte af det lange er at da vi, dage efter, stod i Wien havde vi stadigvæk ikke kunnet få fat i udlejer. Det var kun p.g.a. Hotels.com´s relocation at det alligevel blev en god ferie. Vælg dette hotel, hvis du har lyst til at tage chancer.

Fantastisk beliggenhet men ikke mye luksuriøst!

Først av alt fjern Luxory Apartment. Dette er vel det minst luksøriøse jeg har sett! Sengene var i en skuff på gulvet. Jeg er 73 men trimmer mye så jeg klarte å få lagt meg!! Det sto daglig rengjøring og free Toiletries i annonsen, men vi så ingen og det var bare litt Shampo ingen såpe på badet. Det var rent og leiligheten lå "smack in the middle". Ingen safe og ingen aircondition (og det var 30 grader). Det sto jo ikke at dette skulle være tilgjengelig, men med ordet luxory tror man jo det. Bestilt henting på flyplassen og det var billigere enn taxi tilbake! et pluss!!
