This is my favorite hotels in Wien. Always best kind staff. This past stay was my worst of many. This was a quick overnight stay for me, so no problem. The room was all the way in the back at and tiny and cold. It was clean and wonderful otherwise

Reception staff were rude. Check-in was advertised as 15:00 but we were told that the room wasn’t ready so didn’t check in till nearly 16:00. No apology from reception was made for this. The walls in the hotel room were paper thin so I could hear everything.

I have been staying at Flemmings hotel for last 6 years. Through the years I have been seeing changes. The first few years, they used to provide two bottles of water, coffee and milk, clean the rooms on a daily basis. Now, one bottle water as welcome, coffe and clean the rooms every two days. It doesn’t feel like I am in a hotel anymore. I would like my room to be cleaned everyday if I’m staying outside of my known environment and if I’m in a hotel settings. I can buy water and coffee, no problem, but I want my room to be cleaned everyday.

Sette notti in una camera superior, letto king size. Letto molto confortevole, camera comoda ma solo una presa elettrica su un lato del letto. Illuminazione varia e perfetta. Macchina espresso in camera e libero rifornimento di capsule. Camera pulita ma personalmente non mi entusiasmo per pavimenti con moquette. Tutto il personale dell'albergo era gentile e premuroso. Colazione ricchissima di scelta e di qualità. Sono stata bene, grazie a tutti.

We would have appreciated a more interactive freindly service -only the doorman asked every day how we were.the greeting we had on arrival was lukewarm We also spent a considerable time trying to connect our devices to the T.V. When we asked we were informed only android mobiles work-would have been good to either be told this or have a notice in our room informing us of this when The evening before we left early the following morning,we asked for a 2:30 am wake up call .We didnt get oneThis is our 2nd stay here in the hotel our experience was not as welcoming
