    Really dirty room and especially the common area. The bathroom was covered in trash and smelt, no toilet paper and other people’s dirty clothes everywhere. Someone came in and turned the lights on close to 1 in the morning in the hall, which there was a window looking right into my room to wake me. Drunk people in the apartment as well being loud. The walls in the room also had gunk. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable, and even with the cheap price, I would never return. I did not feel comfortable leaving my things here.

    C’est un appartement contenant 5 chambres !! Pas un appartement de 15m2 comme c’est écrit pratiquement partout dans la description. Il faut partager la cuisine et la salle de bain. Il y a aussi un sticker nous signifiant que nous sommes filmés dans l'appartement, ce qui ne nous semble pas conforme à la législation. De plus, à notre arrivée il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Nous avons eu besoin de contacter l'agence qui n’a envoyé un employé que le lendemain à 20h. L’eau est passée de froide à tiède et il faut la faire couler pendant de très longues minutes avant qu’elle ne se réchauffe. Ensuite, notre chambre donnait sur la rue et heureusement que celle ci est silencieuse la nuit puisqu’on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dehors. Il n’y a que des rideaux qui ne sont pas occultants pour la nuit, il ne faut pas être sensible à la lumière pour dormir. Concernant la propreté, la poubelle de notre chambre n’avait pas été vidée, la peinture de la chambre s'effrite, une partie de la vaisselle n’avait pas été correctement lavée, le linge censée être propre est mis en bazar dans l'armoire même pas fermée qui se trouve dans la salle de bain. Aussi, la porte de l'immeuble ne se ferme pas, n’importe qui peut rentrer et il réside une odeur pestilentielle dans tout le hall et la cour remplie de déchets

    Von wegen Appartement. 1 eigenes Schlafzimmer. 1 Gemeinschaftsbad, in dem auch die Gemeinschaftstoilette ist.Erster Tag nur warmes Wasser.Zweiter Tag KEIN Warmwasser.Niemand erreichbar. Uneinsichtig.Dass es Gemeinschaftsräume, geteilt mit 5 Schlafzimmern sind steht irgendwo ganz unten und nur im englischen Teil!FeWo leider am Wochenende nicht erreichbar, die Nummer sehr schwer zu finden. Als ich zuhause war, war die Aussage von FeWo, dass ich mich gleich jätte melden müssen. Wie denn wenn Niemand erreichbar ist.Das war das erste und das letzte Mal, dass ich bei diesem Anbieter der Wohnung und bei FeWo gebucht habe!
