Very nice boutique hotel with a lovely check-in service. Pet friendly and nice amenities. Only negative was the lack of room service in the evening despite saying that it is available. Very confusing and a bit chaotic on our first night. The breakfast was outstanding and the rooms had a uniquely wonderful dance theme throughout the hotel. Other than room service confusion, I would happily recommend this small gem.

Fantastic hotel. Amazing staff - polite, friendly and very helpful. Only really let down by a few niggles... The fitness centre is over crowded with machines that only worked intermittently, but better than nothing. No coffee machine in a premium room, which was disappointing. Someone had gone to a great deal of effort to make sure that every time you turn the shower on it floods the bathroom floor. However, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable, nice sofa, wifi that's good enough to stream videos or join video calls without issue. Very little noise from adjacent rooms or outside. Windows that actually open. HVAC that warms or cools the room quickly - even at -5 outside, with the AC turned off, the room was slightly too warm for me. Would have been nice if it had an actual bar and a restaurant for dinner not just breakfast, but overall a nice place to stay.

We stayed for nine days in February and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely welcoming. It was my birthday during our stay, and they went out of their way to make it special—a thoughtful morning greeting, a delicious birthday cupcake, and a bottle of Prosecco waiting in our room. The daily breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality. Highly recommend!

Best stay so far.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in during our 10 week trip. Very friendly and welcoming staff, tremendous facilities and an amazing breakfast all made for a 10/10 holiday. It’s also in a very agreeable neighbourhood.

The hotel is out of the centre but close to the D tram which cross connects with other routes to go just about anywhere you might want to go. We enjoyed our initial stay and when our flight home was cancelled we were quite happy to stay on a day longer. The hotel is big enough to have good facilities but small enough to be friendly and caring.

Room 201 is too small. Room needs a lamp as halogen lights are too bright with no dimmer. Mushroom soup was served cold. Young staff seemed liked trainees and were not useful. Seats at breakfast are dirty and stained. Afternoon tea and cakes are a nice touch. Gentleman on front desk is good. I paid about £1000 for 3 nights and that was poor value. I’d love to return to Vienna one day but will stay somewhere else.

Great hotel. If you are able to walk then all sites are nearby. Trams good as an alternative. Breakfast is very good, but don't go down late as they don't replenish used items. That being said this is the only minor blemishing s great hotel and good value

Great 4 night stay here, came for the Christmas markets. Rooms were nice and warm with the weather outside very cold. Parking was terrible and cost around £12 per day (parking was about a 5 min walk away from hotel) I wasn’t going to lay €26 per day for hotel parking. All in all clean and great breakfast. Would stay again.
