Excellent location, close to everything we came to see and do. Your staff was very helpful and understanding as we had to wake them early on the morning of our departure. We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy as was check out. We left our bags for a couple of hours whilst we enjoyed our last day in Vienna. The room was clean and the kitchen area was well equipped with utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. Salt,pepper, coffee pods and teabags. The hotels maintenance came within a couple of minutes after calling. The problem was dealt with quickly. We loved our stay. The hotel is a short walk from the CAT train from the airport and in the heart of Vienna.

Lovely apartment with hotel amenities of cleaning, laundry, front office. Walkable to the center of town and easy access to transit. Grocery store within 10 minutes walk. My only complaint is that the mattress was quite firm, but I prefer a softer mattress.
