Kurztrip 6 Tage Wien

Das ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Wohnung hat eine super Anbindung ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz so dass das eigene Auto komplett stehen geblieben ist. In der kurzen Zeit mit Konzertbesuchen kann man natürlich nur einen Bruchteil von dieser tollen Stadt sehen, deshalb wenn wir wieder kommen können, auf jeden Fall in diesem Appartement!

Eine ganz tolle Wohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war wegen der Hochwasserkatastrophe etwas chaotisch, die schöne Wohnung hat uns aber dafür sehr entschädigt. Wie von anderen Bewohnern schon erwähnt, ist der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man braucht keine Scheu haben, irgendwas zu fragen. Die Betten sind klasse, selbst auf der Schlafcouch konnte man hervorragend schlafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und die Verbindungen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind hervorragend. Ich werde diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Schöne Wohnung am Rand von Wien

Endlich mal genug Besteck und Geschirr. Besonders cool, für jeden Gast eine andere Handtuchfarbe. Sehr viel Stauraum und nur ca 3 Minuten zu den Wiener Linien, so dass man unkompliziert nach Wien gelangt.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in Wien

Eine absolut tolle Unterkunft, sehr, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf auch erreichbar. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Ideal war auch die gute "Öffi"-Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Wir können das Objekt nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden auch selbst jederzeit wiederkommen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Einen Parkplatz haben wir auch immer gefunden und die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Was uns ein bischen überrascht hatte war, daß das Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Aber da unser Sohn nicht mehr so früh schlafen geht war das kein Problem.

Die Ferienwohnung war super. Mit allem ausgestattet was man gebrauchen kann ( Spüllmaschine, Waschmaschine & Wäschetrockner im Keller, einen wunderschönen Garten, die Betten waren super bequem. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet & sehr sauber. Das Design der Wohnnug war perfekt abgestimmt im kleinsten Detail. Die Lage der Wohnung in einem ruhigen Vorstadtwohnviertel von Wien, mit lauter kleinen Eigenheimen & die Fehrkehrsanbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr Wiens, war perfekt. Wir hatten den toltalen Wohlfühleffekt mit der Wohnung und dem herzlichen Service der Gastgeberin. Jederzeit wieder und sehr sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen vielen lieben Dank der Gastgeberin

Ideal gelegen - mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Wir (Vater, Tochter) haben Wien so genossen, dass wir in der 1 Woche fast nur unterwegs waren. Dennoch haben wir uns immer gefreut, nach viel Laufen und Sightseeing zurückzukommen. Wir haben die untere Wohnung (Nr.1) bewohnt. Kontakt zur Vermieterin: gut, unkompliziert, freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, ja sogar "charmant" (eben Wien-typisch)! Wohnung: guter Grundriss. Minimaler Wermutstropfen: Um zur Gartenterrasse zu gelangen, muss man außen ums Haus gehen. Wohnung sehr sauber und hell. Ruhige Lage. Erreichbarkeit: Anbindung an ÖPNV sehr gut. Optimal für Wienbesuche, auch und insbesondere ohne Auto. Bei einem möglichen erneuten Wien-Trip ist dies unsere "erste Adresse"! Dank an die Vermieterin!

Charming Vienna

Both of the apartments in this house on the outskirts of Vienna are beautiful. They are light and airy, super clean and with exceptionally well equipped kitchens. We stayed there for three months and loved every minute of it. We did well without having a car, as local buses run frequently. From Huetteldorf train station, the nearby transportation hub, it is easy to get both into the city and to destinations farther afield. One couldn't ask for a better landlady. She is always available when needed, but definitely never intrusive. We highly recommend these apartments. We ourselves are booked to return for three months next year.

Ons verblijf in Wenen

Wij hebben 2 weken doorgebracht in appartement 1 op de begane grond. Het is een goed onderhouden appartement en voorzien van alle gemakken. De ontvangst was uiterst vriendelijk, alleen jammer dat de eigenaresse de volgende dag met 2 weken vakantie ging! Wat in de omschrijving niet duidelijk naar voren komt is dat de tuin NIET rechtstreeks vanuit het appartement bereikbaar is. Je moet het huis verlaten en naar beneden lopen naar de tuin. Als we dit van tevoren geweten hadden, hadden we voor app. 2 gekozen op de 1e etage met aan het app. een groot terras. De afstand tot het centrum met openbaar vervoer (bus en metro) duurt zeker 1 uur en niet 25 min. zoals in de omschrijving staat. De winkels en restaurants liggen ook verder weg, geen 400 m. maar zeker 1 km., Omdat het plaatsje op een heuvel ligt, gaat de terugweg naar het app. via een steile straat omhoog. Aan te raden is om een vervoersticket aan te schaffen voor meerdere dagen. Deze is verkrijgbaar in het station Hutteldorf. Een bus rijdt door de straat van het app.

Tolle Zeit in Wien

Hatten mit Freunden beide Wohnungen im Haus gemietet. Sowohl die Wohnung mit Veranda als auch die Wohnung mit Terasse sind sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem auch super sauber! Die Innenstadt ist sehr schön und mit dem Bus und der U-Bahn vom Haus aus sehr gut zu erreichen. Es ist super, dass es auch einen Garten gibt. Wir haben die Tage in Wien und Umgebung in vollen Zügen genossen und werden das Haus ganz sicher weiterempfehlen! Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Wirklich zu empfehlen!

Ich habe fünf Nächte in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hatte deshalb auch viel Platz für meine Familie und mich (5 Personen). Die Küche ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die sonnige Veranda (eigenes, abgegrenztes Esszimmer) hat einen wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne und in den eigenen Garten des Hauses. Die Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und wirklich gemütlich. Das Haus ist für Wienbesichtigungen sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln einfach zu erreichen, liegt aber trotzdem ruhig - und vor allem: Man hat keine Parkplatzsorgen. Auch das Ein- und Aus-Checken war mit der Gastgeberin sehr einfach. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Sigfried
