Good stay

Great apartment, great location. Accurate instructions were provided and property manager checked us in personally. Elevator was too small (could fit in only 2 with small luggages) and there was some construction going on in front of the apartment which was a little noisy.

Gemütliches Appartement in günstiger Lage

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber und unkomplizierter Check-in in Anwesenheit zweier sehr süßer Katzen. Im Appartement selbst war absolut nichts zu beanstanden, super sauber und mit dem Nötigsten für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist erstklassig, weil Supermärkte und Co sowie diverse Haltestellen zur Fahrt in die Innenstadt in fußläufiger Entfernung zu erreichen sind, die Nächte aber bis auf gelegentliches und nicht störendes Zugrauschen ruhig waren. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Wien sind, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder auf die Appartements in der Ferchergasse zurück!
